There is you. There is the AI. And then, over time, there is something else.
I coach people to work with their own intelligence first, and then with the other intelligences now in the room, AI among them, until something forms between them that neither had alone. That something is what we grow. Left alone, it flatters you. Tended, it develops you.
You have a real project.
A book, a business, a body of work, a decision that matters. You've been talking to an AI for months, and it knows you. And somewhere in there you've started to wonder whether it's making you sharper or just agreeing with you.
This is slow work on purpose.
You'll do some things by hand that the AI could do faster. You'll record your own voice before you ask for its opinion. You'll bring your own sentences and keep them.
If what you need is a better draft by Friday, there are faster people than me for that, and I'll point you to them. If what you want is to become the person who can produce it, book the call.
- You can tell when it's flattering you and when it's telling you something.
- Your own sentences get better, and its sentences get less necessary.
- You keep authorship: of the book, the business, the decision.
- You stop asking it what to think and start asking it what you're missing.
- You leave the screen with more capacity for your life.
The call.
Fifteen minutes, free. Before it, you paste one question into your AI and bring the answer. On the call we change the rules it answers under and watch what moves. You'll see the difference in your own transcript, and we'll both find out whether we should work together.
The fellowship.
Eight weeks. An hour to ninety minutes a week, live. Voice notes and one assignment between sessions, and you can reach me whenever you need to. I build a primer and a voice file for your AI so it works your way from the first message. Your project is the curriculum. We talk about cost on the call.
After.
Month to month, if you want to keep going.
This is fun. It is helping me to think differently and more clear.

My images are jagged, and I need to keep that, because that is who I am.

These are the skeletons. There's still much work to be done to become the flesh.

Ryan Today.
Twenty-five years of first-person fieldwork in how people perceive, think, and say what they mean. I started naming this work in May 2025 with my own AI and have run it with a handful of people since, two of them writing books. The long version is in the field note. The short version is above. Scottsdale, Arizona.
